These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hoosier Sanitation LLC website and services. By accessing the site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Hoosier Sanitation LLC provides portable restroom, portable restrooms, hand wash stations and sanitation services. Specific terms for each rental are described in your service agreement.

2. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed upon written acceptance and any required deposit. Payments are due as outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may incur fees.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the service date may be eligible for a full or partial refund of deposits, subject to your specific agreement.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the delivery site, adequate space for placement and accurate event information. Damage to equipment beyond normal use may incur additional charges.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoosier Sanitation LLC's liability arising from any service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Hoosier Sanitation LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
